Especially for large surfaces like trucks and coaches, De Beer Refinish has developed a special 2K mixing system. Combined with a special additive, flash off initially occurs more slowly, so that the spray mist can be absorbed for a longer period of time. The result is a very sleek, higher gloss surface. This slower flash off in the initial stage is a significant advantage when spraying large surfaces, allowing total product flow with no dry edges. You do not lose a second, however as total drying time remains the same. In order to offer you a high level of efficiency and simplicity, the number of mixing colours has been reduced to a practicable minimum (20). The mixing system offers a very specific range of colours, precisely suited to the requirements of this sector, including the colour White Extra, with has an excellent covering power. In combination with a White Epoxy Primer, extra efficiency and profitability can be realised by savings in time, materials and less necessary spraycoats.
